A shampoo for hair that is already dry. Most shampoos clean well and leave hair worse than they found it — this one uses mild plant-based cleansers instead of sulphates, so it washes without taking the moisture with it.

If your hair squeaks after washing, that is not clean. That is stripped.

What It Does

  • Hydrates as it cleans. Aloe vera, glycerine and betaine hold moisture in the hair rather than rinsing it away
  • Gentle on a sensitive scalp. Plant-based surfactants and a pH-balanced formula, so it suits daily or frequent washing
  • Reduces frizz and roughness. Polyquaternium-7 and -10 smooth the cuticle, which is what makes hair feel manageable rather than just clean
  • Supports the scalp barrier. Xylitylglucoside, anhydroxylitol and xylitol keep the scalp hydrated and comfortable

How to Use It

  1. Wet the hair thoroughly
  2. Work a small amount into the scalp with your fingertips — the scalp is what you are washing, not the lengths
  3. Let the lather run down through the hair as you rinse
  4. Follow with Argan & Almond Conditioner from mid-length to ends

After oiling: apply shampoo to dry oiled hair first and work it in, then wet and lather. This is the single biggest difference between one wash and three, and it matters most with heavy oils.

Who It Suits

Dry, rough, brittle, curly, frizzy or chemically treated hair, and sensitive scalps. If your scalp is very oily, this will feel too gentle — a reetha or shikakai wash once a week will clarify better.

Free From

Sulphates and SLS, parabens, added fragrance, mineral oils, silicones and artificial dyes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the lather smaller than my old shampoo?
Because there is no SLS in it. Lather volume comes from sulphates and tells you nothing about how clean your hair is.

Can I use it every day?
Yes. It is mild enough, though most dry hair does better washed two or three times a week.

Will it remove hair oil?
Yes, if you shampoo on dry oiled hair first, then wet it. Heavy oils like castor may need two rounds.

Is it colour safe?
Yes — no sulphates, so it is gentler on coloured and henna-treated hair than a regular shampoo.
