Which Ayurvedic Hamper Should You Gift?

Which Ayurvedic Hamper Should You Gift?

Sixteen sets is too many to scroll through, so here they are sorted the way you actually choose: by what the person needs.

If you know nothing about them

Gift hair, not skin. Skin products assume a type — oily, dry, sensitive — and getting it wrong means the gift is unusable and the person will never say so. Hair oiling suits essentially everybody.

Safest three: Bhringraj Ritual (₹350), Three Oils (₹445), Everyday Oil Box (₹399).

For hair fall

The Bhringraj Ritual — ₹350

One concentrated oil, the carrier to extend it with, and the comb to work it in. The simplest complete routine we make. Start here if the person has never oiled properly.

The Three Oils — ₹445

Bhringraj for the falling root, brahmi for the stressed scalp, amla for the dull brittle strand. Hair fall has more than one cause and this set treats three of them in rotation. For somebody already in the habit.

The Complete Hair Collection — ₹650

The Three Oils plus hibiscus essential oil as a booster. The most complete hair gift in the range, and the right one if hair is the person's main complaint.

For a scalp that itches or flakes

The Scalp Purifying Ritual — ₹350

Neem oil as the base, tea tree as the concentrate, and a comb to lift flakes without scratching. Dandruff is a scalp out of balance, not a dry one, and more oil on its own usually makes it worse.

For hair that is breaking or greying early

The Henna Strengthening Ritual — ₹350

Henna oil conditions the strand you already have; amla oil feeds the follicle for the hair still to come. No colour, no paste, no three hours in the bathroom.

For daily hair care without the mess

The Rosemary Ritual — ₹499

Rosemary water every morning as a leave-in, rosemary essential oil once a week for the proper oiling. For somebody who wants to do something daily but cannot have oily hair at work.

For breakouts and oily skin

The Clear Scalp & Skin Duo — ₹320

Neem toner for the face, tea tree for the scalp. The two usually travel together and most people only treat one.

The Clear Skin Ritual — ₹599

Tea tree water and neem toner daily, the Shwetam mask three times a week. The fuller version, for somebody actively fighting it.

For marks, pigmentation and uneven tone

The Red Sandalwood Ritual — ₹499

Raktachandan mixed fresh with rose water, followed by cucumber gel. The traditional answer to marks.

The Saffron Ritual — ₹549

Saffron water for the morning, saffron oil for the night. Slower and gentler than a mask, and the one to gift somebody who already has a routine and will keep to it.

For sensitive skin that runs hot

The White Sandalwood Ritual — ₹499

Safed chandan is the calming one, not a milder version of red. Cool water only, rose water to bind, cucumber gel after. For skin that reacts to most things.

The Aloe Ritual — ₹450

Rose toner, aloe gel, aloe oil, in that order. The gentlest set in the range and the hardest to go wrong with on skin.

For dullness and fine lines

The Kumkumadi Ritual — ₹499

Rose water, saffron water, then three drops of kumkumadi on damp skin. A nightly ritual rather than a treatment.

The Age-Defying Facial — ₹549

Mask to tighten, rose water to rehydrate, saffron water to brighten. A facial you do at home twice a week.

For the house, not the person

The Essential Oil Collection — ₹549

Lavender, rose, peppermint, lemongrass. Sleep, skin, headaches and a room that needs clearing. The gift for somebody who already owns everything.

The Everyday Oil Box — ₹399

Coconut, neem, kalonji, olive — four small bottles, four jobs. A sampler for somebody curious.
